Our Competitive team is a pre-professional program for dancers who are ready to take their technique and artistry to the next level. this is a higher level of commitment than our recreational program.
dancers ages 4 and older are eligible to try-out for our team each season.
Team Placement
At UDC, our competition team program prioritizes skill level over age when determining placements. Evaluations conducted by our dedicated staff ensure that all dancers, regardless of age, are placed in classes and routines that match their abilities. This approach fosters a sense of unity within our team, encouraging dancers to collaborate and engage with their peers as well as with those from different age groups. We believe that inclusive environment enhances the overall experience for every dancer.
